What is in this blend
Each BPC-157 + TB-500 20mg vial holds two ingredients, and this page does not state how that total splits between them. One is BPC-157, which is made in a lab from 15 amino acids and was first described as part of a protein in human stomach juice. The other is TB-500, a copy of LKKTETQ, a seven amino acid piece of thymosin beta-4, which is a protein present in most of our cells. If the split matters to you, ask on WhatsApp before ordering.
One 2026 rat study of Achilles tendons tested the two together, as the next section explains. Sharing a vial does not turn them into a new compound with its own body of evidence.
What happened when the two were tested together?
Just one study found for this page put the two side by side with their combination. In 2026, researchers repaired Achilles tendons in rats and gave BPC-157, TB-500 or both, then examined the repaired tendon under the microscope and tested how much load it could take. The pair gave no added effect over either peptide alone. It is the only direct study of this pairing, and it was done in rats.
Apart, each peptide has its own record. A 2025 review of BPC-157 counted 36 studies of injuries to muscle, tendon and bone, 35 of them animal or lab work and 1 a clinical study, and a 2008 rat experiment tracked walking, swelling and new vessels after the Achilles tendon was severed. For TB-500, the clearest paper is a 2012 method for catching it in racehorses.
The only human trial linked here is a 2015 dry eye study of 9 patients, and it used the whole thymosin beta-4 protein rather than the TB-500 piece.
