In 2009 another team took blood from 11 young men, once before CJC-1295 and once after, and compared the proteins, hunting for new markers that track growth hormone.
On the ipamorelin side, a 1998 paper measured growth hormone and cortisol, the stress hormone, in pigs and rats. In a 1999 study men were given ipamorelin, and the researchers tracked how fast it cleared from the blood and how growth hormone moved.
